See?  Here in this picture it is sticking. DON'T WORRY, IT'S OK. But as you can see here this is NOT "Crud" crud is brown. At this stage, a lot of water will be evaporating (hence the misty image); stir constantly as you are now chained to the stove; until your crud is brown. Season generously with salt here too.
