Step 2 the meat

Here in this picture, you can see I added about 2 pounds of ground chuck (Chuck wasn't helpful in the kitchen so we ground him up) to the crud. You can see the crud is brown. Brown the meat; it should take 20 mins; once again add salt. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP ==>> Keep Browning. Yes, sticking is fine; just keep scrapping the pan.
